She is survived by two daughters, Rebecca Starnes of the home, and Vicki Manis and husband Billy, Whitesburg; four grandchildren, Nichole, Whitney, Jason and Misty; two sisters, Mary Ann Richards, Fall Branch, and Pauline Thomas, Greeneville; a brother, Bill G.
